Return & Exchange Policy
We offer next-day or same-day shipping for all orders of the in-stock items made in Smart Premium Systems Online Store.
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 1 - 2 business days after order verification and credit payment approval.
Free Next-Day Door Delivery to commercial or industrial area or residential address by S.F. Express or HKPost is provided on orders over HK$199. (** Max. weight and capacity: 20 kg and 70 x 40 x 32 cm)
Free Next-Day Delivery to S.F. Express Service Centers or S.F. Express Stores or EF Lockers is provided on orders over HK$199. Please add the S.F. Express location code on your order. (** Max. weight and capacity: 20 kg and 70 x 40 x 32 cm) Please click below to find the location code.
Free Door Delivery (not applicable to outlying islands) is provided for product packing box larger than 70 x 40 x 32 cm.
An additional fee of HK$80 for Tung Chung and Ma Wan locations will be charged upon delivery. Only cash payment is accepted on delivery.
An additional fee of HK$150 for Discovery Bay locations will be charged upon delivery. Only cash payment is accepted on delivery.
Same-Day Door Delivery (not applicable to outlying islands, Lantau Island and Ma Wan) is provided for product packing box smaller than 50 x 50 x 50 cm. HK$80 delivery fee is charged on your checkout. All same-day delivery order must be placed by 3 p.m.
In case of no elevator on the door delivery, a service fee of HK$30 per floor will be charged upon delivery. Only cash payment is accepted.
International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Hong Kong.
Note that during festive period, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the recepit of original order. To be eligible for a return,
- your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it;
- your item must be in the original packaging;
- your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Same day delivery service and door delivery service by SF Express are fully resumed. For the buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days, customers may consider to pick up the shipment with SF courier staff downstairs or arrange self-pick up at any SF service points.
